Someone school me on swinging strike metrics for pitchers. Is that tracked somewhere? For minor leaguers in particular? I feel like the amount of swinging strikes Dalquist gets is abysmal. Would love some evidence if it exists. I think he has 4 swinging strikes today so far. 3 of them on the one batter that he struck out.
