Washington truly seems like a good match for Quintana. Robles+ would still be a great return. What other teams have the prospect power and the need? Atlanta/Houston back in play? Colorado?

Dunning is a polished higher floor college pitcher that could slot in as a middle of the rotation arm in the not so distant future. They are solid depth pieces in a potential trade.
