Meh. Interest is a good sign, but I don't love how the Dodgers prospects matchup.

Lord knows they are due.

Wolkow smashes an RBI single to RF in his next at bat. 4 RBIs on the night.

For naught. Of course.

Competent baserunning?

Dude just hits. Grats kid.

@Harold's Leg Lift Not sure you've commented much on Baldwin. Thoughts?

I know we like to talk about Wolkow and his strikeouts, but he seems very selective at the plate. He takes his pitches. It's very refreshing. He walked in his 3rd PA.

I love what Witt has become.

The Royals City Connect jerseys are very clean.

Welcome back folks. Wolkow has a strikeout in his first AB. Then smashes a 3 RBI double off the RF wall. Just missed a grand salami. Also adds his first stolen base by swiping 3rd.

I too missed baseball. No matter how bad it is.

Via BA.

I'm not convinced the Tigers move Skubal. They are certainly closer to being competitive than the White Sox.

Yup. Again, Chris needs to nail the return on both Crochet/Robert. It will largely dictate when this team is competitve again. Absolutely needs to hit on some core position player pieces.

BA posted it's draft reviews for each team. https://www.baseballamerica.com/stories/chicago-white-sox-2024-mlb-draft-review/ Also notes Lyle Miller Green as the most interesting Day 3 pick.

Boston indeed matches up very well. I've largely been whatever on what Getz has done thus far, but he really needs to nail the return on the few remaining assets from the old guard. It will largely dictate if/when this organization becomes competitive again.
