Maybe this next year will play out like last year... Coming out the gate around .500ish. Falter. Trade non-future pieces (Gordon, Putnam, Danks, Dunn, MAYBE Alexei and Dayan) for young prospects. Sign some nice international prospects (Ynoa and Alfaro). Sign a Cuban defector (Tomas). The savings from Sale and Quintana's deals will help towards this. High draft pick. Hope Year 2 pays off. That being said, I'd rather they get into wild card contention.
