  1. Most is Eloy - we saw what a healthy Eloy at DH could do and it was awesome at the end of the year. Benintendi keeps him in that role. I expect this to be the year he finally establishes himself as a top bat in the AL. Least is Grandal. I'm not a Grandal hater by any means, but the injury concern with him is very real. I have low expectations for him. I think he will be better than what we saw last year, but I do worry how much of a shell he may be of his former self.
  2. Kap has been all over both teams this offseason.
  3. We might see the most SB in years with that pickoff move.
  4. Swanson sweepstakes might be coming to an end. And yes, KFidds does have some occasional insider knowledge. He knows KB, so he has some contacts.
  5. With the new base running rules next year... he could be way more valuable than you think as a late PR option.
  6. Here's your 4th OF'er. I loved this dude despite how bad he actually is at hitting. Should be good for the clubhouse.
  7. I mean, obviously, but they have loved this guy since before his draft year. I think they are also high on him to begin with.
  8. I think the Sox view him similar to how Eaton was the 1st time around. I don't think they signed him to hit single digit HR's. My expectation is we see him return to form with what he's done in the past.
  9. He's your 2023 version of Nick Ciuffo. If we see him next season something went terribly wrong.
  10. Sheets with an occasional start would not be the end of the world. The 2005 Sox survived with Ross Gload in the OF on Sundays.
  11. If you’re going to follow any “insider” NBB is the one to follow. He has connections.
  12. You’re more than welcome to ignore it. No one is forcing you to read through this thread.
  13. Now imagine if Moncada bounces back. He essentially is your 6-spot hitter.
  14. Jansen is good. Biggio is YUCK.
  15. He’s a solid player. Dependable. The Sox need Moncada and Grandal to bounce back or it won’t matter who they bring in.
  16. I think you’re right. Convince Jerry to sign off, with a footnote that most of the payroll will be recouped with a trade.
  17. Oh absolutely. They are incapable of admitting fault.
  18. Oney follows him. Not that that means anything.
  19. We also know the Sox don’t operate like most teams. They have multiple hands in the cookie jar that makes it impossible to point a finger at any one individual to place all the blame upon.
