I have a big issue with Eloy’s batting stance. I think that front leg has caused issues with his swing. It continues to become dramatically stranger each year.

Low Energy Premature trade winds…Jazz Chisholm 2B/Marlins

Jazz is close to being a star player. Can’t see Marlins trading him. Pipedream. Would be fun to watch Robert, Anderson, and Chisholm up the middle. -

Big hit -
Keith Law’s 2nd mock is up. White Sox taking Cooper Hjerpe LHP. I would hate this pick. Definitely reliever profile with that arm slot.

MLB network has the the draft combine right now. Tucker Toman has impressive quick swing. avg exit velocity was impressive.

1. Brock Porter 2. Tucker Toman 3. Carson Wisenhunt 4. Drew Gilbert or Jacob Melton sorry was going back and forth

Breaking ball doesn’t have a lot downward, shape bite action. Fastball looked good!

For us who are ignorant of the farm system

Eno Sarris always states who are teams behind with player development: Rockies, White Sox, Nationals, Texas, and Phillies. When is the last time we have drafted someone and developed into a starting pitcher, it’s been almost a decade. Carlos Rodon didn’t need too much development time being the #3 overall pick. -

Pilkington throwing a 4 scoreless innings right now!!! -
https://www.espn.com/mlb/insider/story/_/id/34013502/2022-mlb-mock-draft-10-kiley-mcdaniel-projects-first-round 26. Chicago White Sox Drew Gilbert, CF, Tennessee The White Sox tend to take college bats with their top pick, then get bolder with later selections, and that's exactly what the board is giving them here. Gilbert is one of the safest picks in the draft and might be the first non-reliever to make the big leagues from this class. He's in play in the late teens as well.

Want nothing to do with Shultz in the first round. The guy has barely thrown any innings the past 2 years. Really don't trust that arm holding up as a starter.
-
Did we get an update on Reynaldo Lopez? Was it back spasms or something else?
-
Nasty!!!
-
Definitely worth a listen. Hopefully Sox smarten up take advantage and buy the company.

Very happy with James Beard progress. That's a welcome surprise without the amount of development time he lost.

I thought Bush was no longer playing baseball. Threw in the towel.

Hendricks had no command of his pitches. That was the problem -

Vaughn is legit!!! -
I'm picking 2 hitters and 2 pitchers. I think Bryan Ramos is going to explode this year. Shoulder is healthy and I think will be on some Top 100 lists next year. Love the hit tool and has enough power to stay at 3B. Crossing my fingers Sox don't trade him in a future deal. Also, going to pick Luis Mieses. Still super young and has a lot of nice tools. Last year we saw a lot growth and I believe it will continue to this year with his hitting tools. He needs to continue progressing with the knowing the strike zone and getting some more BB's to the profile. I like Andrew Dalquist taking a big leap this year. He added some needed weight in his bottom half/core and I think that will help with velocity and mechanics getting deeper in the games. I think he will make the biggest leap this year among are young pitchers. I'm going to throw one out from left field and pick Isiah Carranza. He's another year removed from Tommy John and his velocity came back towards the tale end of last year.

That's a brutal last name.

I've always been a fan of Adolfo. Health has gotten into his way. This a player I can see that could haunt us down the road. Adolfo has a lot of talent. Worried we will get pennies on the dollar with the hole we are in with no options.

Vaughn for Keller is a horrible proposal. Keller has two pitches. Fastball is flat and has horrible command of it. Talk about future role will be in the bullpen.
