Crochet having Tommy John surgery Tuesday
Vaughn for Keller is a horrible proposal. Keller has two pitches. Fastball is flat and has horrible command of it. Talk about future role will be in the bullpen.

Manaea to Padres, Sox were in on him
That blows Manaea! Why the fuck do the Padres need another starter

Pro Scouting Department
Question Who is in charge of overseeing and is the head major league scout for the White Sox organization. I know Nick Hostleter when he stepped down mentioned he was going to help out in this area. This has been a big problem with the organization for a very long time. The amount of money and what we've gotten in return has been absolutely horrendous. 2013 Keppinger , Lindstrom, Wise 2014 Felipe Paulino, Scott Downs, Belisario 2015 Adam LaRoche, Melky Cabrera, Geovanny Soto, Emilio Bonifacio, Gordon Beckham, Zach Duke 2016 Dioner Navaro, Alex Avila Austin Jackson, Jimmy Rollins, Matt Latos, Matt Albers, Brett Lawrie, James Shields 2017 Derrek Holland 2018 Wellingon Castillo, Miguel Gonzalez, Hector Santiago, Alex Colome 2019 Kelvin Hererra, Jon Jay, James McCann, Yonder Alonso, Ervin Santana 2020 Edwin Encarncion, Gio Gonzalez, Steve Chishek, Dallas Keuchel, Yaz Grandal, Jonathan Lucroy, Detweiler, Nomar Mazara 2021 Liam, Hendricks, Lance Lynn, Adam Eaton , Jake Lamb, Brian Goodwin, Billy Hamilton, Craig Kimbrel, Cesar Hernandez I know I'm missing some trades from the midseason/trade deadline. I didn't have enough time to add those players.

Kimbrel traded for AJ Pollock
3.1 WAR last year in 384 ABs and solid splits. Very happy with the move. Let’s stay healthy now!!!

Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
It’s laughable that people on this board think Lux or Bellinger can come back in a Kimbrel deal. Keep on dreaming.
-
Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
Abreu $20, Kuechel $18, Kimbrel $16, Harrison and Velazquez $5.5 million possibly coming off. I know there are arbitration raises and Anderson jumps up with his option.

Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
I think Are you counting Kuechel? I wasn’t counting him on the next years payroll.
-
Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
Abreu will be getting similar deals to what Nelson Cruz 1/13 million would get. Abreu will be a dh sooner rather than later. I know Abreu is a little younger, but his body has taken a beating the past couple years.
-
Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
We have $60 million off the books next year if you include Abreu and Kimbrel. He makes 10.2 million this year and give him a 3 year extension between 12-15 million per. Would still have plenty of money for Giolito.

Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
I’m staying away from Montas at that price and past knee issues with all the weight he carries. I’m all in on trading for Manaea and signing him to an extension. Fine with Burger or Sheets headlining the deal.

Offseason Part 2 - Lets the Rumors & Action Begin
Michael Reinsdorf is on record only wanting to be involved with the Bulls. That was around 5 years ago.
-
Offseason Part 2 - Lets the Rumors & Action Begin
If Reinsdorf would fire Hahn who would he hire? He usually doesn’t go outside the organization. If his son would be involved I might feel more comfortable with what Michael Reinsdorf did with Bulls. Wish we would start doing that with our player development department hiring from top organizations.

Offseason Part 2 - Lets the Rumors & Action Begin
Reinsdorf is 86 years old what the hell is he waiting for. I know there are other owners, but things are never going to change until we have new ownership. Sad our window is here and sitting on the sidelines just putting band aids on the roster.

Offseason Part 2 - Lets the Rumors & Action Begin
Spotrac has our payroll allocation at 183.6 million. Is that correct?

Jose Ramirez to Blue Jays. Yikes- The MLB lockout is lifted!
When is other Tatis sibling ready to turn 16 years old? The draft wouldn't be implemented until 2024. Would we be able to get him locked in the next two signing periods?- Mini Camp
Kelly looks like he put on 30 plus pounds. That’s not good.- Law Top 100
Law has his White Sox Top 20 prospects up and running- White Sox sign Leury Garcia to 3 year deal
3 Years that's brutal. Was not expecting that to happen.- Kelley pulled early
Yikes-not surprised- 8/11 Games
He loves the spicy chicken ?- Shirley on the Draft via the Athletic
Eno Sarris and Matt Eddy talked for a couple minutes about the White Sox on how they are still on the bottom with player development. Interesting comments by both. Mentioned how they have improved their analytical department, but still behind everyone else. Scouting department is a strength. https://theathletic.com/podcast/15-rates-and-barrels/?episode=270- Sox Acquire Kimbrel; Madrigal, Heuer to Cubs
Hate losing Madrigal, but I think injuries are going to be a huge part of his game. - Offseason Part 2 - Lets the Rumors & Action Begin
