Pretty sure he said on Sportscenter today that the Yanks had reservations on Colon and Millwood about signing them. He also said Jeff Weaver was a certainity to be traded, and he would win wherever he went next year.

Cito Gaston only wants to manage da Sox if we r gonna contend next year. In my opinion, we r only gonna contend if we resign Colon. So if Colon stays, KW hires Cito, otherwise it'll be Ozzie.

An absolute steal in da 2nd, he shoulda definitely gone in da 1st. Teams like Milwaukee r gonna regret not picking (they took Anthony Gywnn instead I think) him for sure if he pans out. But that's da key word with prospects, IF.

I don't think he'll get traded, but I got a feelin that if LA misses out on Tejada and doesn't sign any1 big, they might come callin to Konerko to save face a little. THey need a guy at 1st to replace McGriff, and they need some power hitters desperately. But yeah I think we'll definitely hav to pay part of his contract, and this is probably a good reason as to why u shouldn't offer guys more than 3 year contracts.

I heard a rumor of Soriano and Nick Johnson for Jose Vidro and Javier Vasquez from the Expos. No way Yanks do da Konerko for Johnson deal though unless we sweeten da deal for em.

It'll be interesting to see where Colon ends up this off-season. He says he doesn't want to go to da Yankess but will a big fat paycheck change his mind? I think he wants to go to Boston but can they afford him, when there's talk on them cuttin payroll and trading Nomar or Manny? Besides those 2 I don't think there's many other options for him besides us.

Hopefully we can ship Konerko off to Baltimore or LA this offseason. Otherwise we're gonna hav major problems rebuilding. And a young team hungry for wins can succeed, just look at da Marlins.

I could definitely see A-Rod in a Mets Uniform sumtime next year. The lure of bein da best SS in NY (no not Jeter) could be too good of an oppurtunity to pass up.

Because pitching wins more games then hitting. Josh Beckett proved that in da world series. Maggs can be replaced, Colon cannot. How hard is it to find a guy who was 2d in da league for complete games. Colon helps save da Bullpen keeps em fresh. But if we sign him to a big contract let's just hope he has some major injury problems, his back tightened up on him a bit this season i recall.

PrCheat's a great Probability program, does Binomial, HyperGeo and Normal's and Inverses for ya. I wish there was a little print button so u could just print out ur graphs and stick em on without havin to draw em, . One of my friends has an TI-89 or a TI-92 and writes all programs for em. U can do some crazy s*** on those.
