He'd still never apologize about it though. Said he'll make it up in WW3.

QUOTE (lostfan @ Mar 7, 2011 -> 03:51 PM) They are supposed to be bridging the storyline between ME2 and ME3 with DLC packs are they not? Pretty much. At least the Mass Effect DLC's have been pretty good so far (the last 2 were the best, which makes me optimistic for the Arrival DLC).
-
Very happy with this extension, especially when you saw what the likes of Soriano were getting in FA. It makes sense for both sides, he's obviously happy here, and he's had his best years with the Sox. Hopefully that will continue going forward.

QUOTE (lostfan @ Mar 7, 2011 -> 02:57 PM) there was something about Kelly Chambers getting treated for an STD that was specific to vorcha. Oh ya, forgot about that. Miranda's webchat on the dating site is very amusing as well. Apparently there'll be a new DLC called Arrival (to do with the Reapers obviously) that'll be announced, probably this week actually.
-
Dragon Age 2 comes out this week. Am more excited for Mass Effect 3 later in this year (BTW played the Shadow Broker DLC, there is some quite humurous info at the end of it on the likes of Miranda etc.), but this should be a very good game as well.

I love how Chris Bosh says Deng tripped on his own feet as well, when there was that incident in the 1st game b/w these 2 b/w Asik and Bosh. Hypocriscy as its best right there. 17 points from players outside of the big 3, Chalmers scored 11 of those. That's just not going to get the job done. Agreed on Haslem being a loss for Miami, he does exactly what Chris Bosh brings to this team in terms of hitting the mid range jumper, plus he's a better rebounder and defender. As I've said before, the Heat would be much better served with a top PG or a dominant defensive C instead of Bosh.

QUOTE (whitesoxfan101 @ Mar 6, 2011 -> 02:40 PM) There is no way he's staying in Orlando. I don't know where he'll end up but he's leaving. People think that, because Orlando's not a big market team that Dwight is automatically going to bolt to a bigger market come FA next off-season. But Orlando has a brand new arena and ownership that spends a lot of money trying to put a winner out on the floor. If anything, the plan is in Orlando is try to and bring in a stud FA to help Dwight next off-season like a Deron Williams or a Chris Paul. Of course for that to happen, we'll probably have to buy out Arenas's contract. Don't know if I could see Lopez and Howard co-existing for the Nets either.
-
At this stage, my guess would be Dwight either re-signs in Orlando, or he'll go sign with the Nets when they move to Brooklyn. He wants to be "the guy". He doesn't want to play in a situation with other stars like Melo and James are doing now. It all depends on a new CBA and Salary Cap etc. to determine whether teams would even be able to trade for Howard next season, but I would highly doubt the Magic even consider moving him.

Just a bad performance for us coming on a back to back. 2 main issues, too many 2nd chance opportunities for the Bulls they totally out-rebounded us tonight, guys like Bass and Anderson have got to do a much better job on that front, and we were just terrible offensively. Howard and Bass both played quite well on that regard, but everyone else was woeful. Redick missed an easy layup, and a few FT's, Richardson did nothing, and Hedo's been awful the last 10-15 games.

QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Mar 4, 2011 -> 02:57 PM) Heat need a change of some sort, 1-8 or 1-9 against Celts, Bulls and Magic and some horrible record with games decided by 5 or less, Pat Riley might be gettin' his coachin' suits ready! It's too late in the season for "feeling out" or whatever, that team needs to start beating elite teams in the east, I don't care how talented your top three are, you just can't "figure it out" in the playoffs I just don't think long - term, Chris Bosh is the right fit on that team. They don't win the title this season, people are going to speculate about whether they can do sign and trade deals for the likes of Deron Williams and Chris Paul for 2012 FA involving Bosh IMO.
-
Damn I had to be out for the 2nd half, will watch the replay tonight. Looks as if J-Rich got hot from downtown in the 2nd half. That's a bigtime win for us, we beat Chicago tomorrow, been a very good week for us.
-
Defensively certainly not our best half by any means, but when Wade and Lebron are knocking down shots left, right and center, that team is very hard to beat. They always seem to raise their game against us.

QUOTE (dasox24 @ Mar 3, 2011 -> 05:14 PM) Charlie Sheen Soundboard This has made my week so far.
-
Finally just played the original Mass Effect and now I can import my character into Mass Effect 2. Going all Renegade as usual. Very hard to try and maximise your Paragon score with that game I tell you.

QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ Mar 3, 2011 -> 01:28 PM) I'll be surprised if Rose doesn't score 40 in his next game. Think we've got you next up on Friday. We'll just let Dwight take him out as per usual.

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Mar 2, 2011 -> 11:49 AM) Guess who just showed up on Twitter with one of his female friends??? All we need is for Gaddafi to join Twitter now and we're all set.
-
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Mar 2, 2011 -> 01:27 PM) You spoke too soon. Yep, very good win for us considering we had Hedo and Arenas both out basically. When Jameer is knocking down shots like that in the 4thQ, we're tough to beat. Looked as if Billups hurt his knee as well, didn't look serious though.
-
And it'll prob only get worse after tonight. Knicks beating us by 11 at HT (after we were up by 11 at the end of the 1stQ) and Hedo's ejected.
-
Big 3 there from Billups. Be interesting to see if the Knicks can hang on here.

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Feb 26, 2011 -> 06:36 PM) For me, it's between Dwight and Rose. LeBron isn't even in the mix. This is the most wide open MVP race in years IMO. Lebron's still had a fantastic season stats wise, although his PPG and AST's are down a little and his TO's are up. Dwight's averaging 23.3 PPG at 59.7% FG with 13.9RBS and 2.2 BLK's. Rose has got 25PPG with 8.2 AST's. I think it's also conceivable Oklahoma City go on a run with the addition of Perkins (although Orlando took them to the cleaners last night) and Durant's name gets involved a little more.
-
Going to be interesting when the playoffs roll around and people are going to question Chris Bosh's toughness. At least nobody dived on his leg as he was going down this time I suppose.
-
QUOTE (iamshack @ Feb 26, 2011 -> 02:48 PM) Thanks guys! I'm enjoying it here at work tonight My commiserations to you on that then. Happy B-Day nonetheless!
-
I know everyone is slurping Rose for MVP, but Dwight Howard needs to get some national love on that front. He has single handledy carried our team this season, in past years when we have done well it's been a team effort, but his offensive post game has improved in leaps and bounds this season. 6 of his last 7 games he has scored more than 30 points, 40 points tonight with 15 boards and 6 blocks.
