I suggest for any moderators reading this thread to officially add Podsednik's gaffe from yesterday as an emotion. It deserves to be immortalized. And Thome up with no one on. This hasn't happened many times this season /sarcasm.

Let's see if Guillen adds upon his poor decisions and leaves out Podsednik against Kennedy tomorrow instead of shifting Erstad to LF. Anderson will play regardless (atleast according to previous comments by Ozzie), but I'm curious whether the coaches will attempt to ensure our leadoff hitters confidence remains.

I believe a baseball hitting Podsednik on the head counts as a typical Oakland freak occurrence. You can blame Jenks for giving up the hits, but you certaintly can't blame him for overthrowing the catcher or failing to catch a flyball.

Well, good to know that Dye and Thome don't know how to recognize a fastball. Or a hanging breaking ball. And Pierzynski's game ending grounder was delicious.

Another embarrassing performance against Santana. Anyone else realize in the last two starts against lefties (Sowers and Santana) we have only 2 hits? That's pathetic.
