  1. We need more people like GUG.
  2. This isn't the same though. Anybody who makes noise around home plate is asked to be quiet. I sat in the 2nd row behind the dugout for a twinkie game and had 6 security guys come down and sit in the aisle next to me because I was shouting too much. I never threatened a player or said anything personal to them, and management frowned on me for making noise. I say management because security only does what they are told to do. And I wasn't swearing either.
  3. The 2002 edition wasn't much better. Didn't he have a record of 11-4? That means he blew a lot of saves that yr. I like Koch, but until he learns how to pitch, he will never be a dominant closer.
  4. You mean like Farmer being jealous because he can't blow his stadium horn?
  5. zach23 was told not to blow his stadium horn at last Friday's game because it was distracting the Texas outfielders. We were sitting in Sec. 103 and more than half way up. Sox management is the reason that park is so empty. You can say it's Farmer all you want, but if management lets him have his way, it is their fault. They worry more about the fans cheering and making noise in their seats than the morons fighting in the stands and running on the field. It took longer for security to get to an area with a fight than it did for them to tell zach23 not to blow his stadium horn.
  6. Jiminez lacked heart. He gave up on plays and didn't try hard. Right now, you lack heart. You are a quitter and are giving up on your team. When you say the Sox lack heart, that's like saying you know for a fact that every player on that team goes out there and doesn't try to win the game. If you want to say you don't think the Sox can win with the talent on the field because they are Managed wrong, or don't have a mixture of different types of talent, fine. But don't say they are going out there and aren't playing to the best of their ability to win.

    Hangovers

Skip the tylenol. It's too hard on your liver after a night of drinking.
  9. Damn. I took a vacation and boarded the Rott just so I could make it this week. Good thing I didn't pay for the boarding yet and was able to cancel it. His head is finally big enough that the Sox hat doesn't fall off now. I also taught him to growl and corner anybody wearing cub gear until they take if off and let him shred it. CW, you're not safe either, but he won't growl at you when you wear your dead wing jersey. I used those to house train him, so all he will do is lift his leg and piss on it.
  10. This is too confusing. What if the newbies don't read this and still start another thread. Should we ignore that one? I think we need another outing at Coaches Time Out to sort this out.
  11. Not stalking anyone. I was heading in to meet my brother and saw her almost take out a red SUV and the guy wasn't happy about it. I followed for a while to make sure the guy didn't try to do anything to her because after she cut him off, he tried to box her into the 1st lane behind a truck. Just watching out for people I know from the boards.
  12. Glad to hear you made it to the park. That red SUV on 55 tried to take you out when you crossed from the 3rd lane to the 1st. He didn't want to let you in, but you went anyway. I watched you till Harlem to make sure he wasn't gonna follow you and give you a hard time.
  13. Not with HSC. She probably wouldn't mind more than one lap dance on her birthday.
  14. I can't make it but zach23 and huge should be there. They are in the bleachers, so maybe you can stop by and have huge perform for ya.
  15. HSC, just tell them that koch is there to give you your birthday lap dance in your seat.
  16. I tried to stay away from bashing Jerry, but when a pitcher like Colon has 99 pitches thrown and a shutout going into the 9th, let him finish it. Didn't Jerry say he hoped Colon could go the distance and save the pen today? Dumbass!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm bored...

It's just you. I've never seen a fly with hands and legs.
  18. But what about Larry and the other Darryl? Are they still alive?

    Goodbye

C'mon Heather, doesn't this excite you? The Chicago Blackhawks are pleased to announce that they will feature a new 6 pm start time for their traditional Sunday evening games, while also adding more weekend afternoon matinees. In an effort to provide additional family entertainment opportunities, the Blackhawks will drop the puck on Sunday evenings at 6 pm instead of the traditional 7 pm. The Blackhawks are also pleased to announce that they will increase the number of weekend 2 pm matinee start times this season. The Blackhawks will maintain their standard 7:30 pm weekday start times, thus allowing their fans appropriate time for their commute to the United Center. A few exceptions in start time may occur to accommodate national television rights holders.
  20. There were so many chicks around him last night, I was starting to think they were filming elimidate. It was good to see him break out of his slump last night too.
  21. Try the Burger King tacos, they taste just like the Jack in the Box tacos.
  22. I think a lot of people hoped that Borchard would be like Pujols. I would love to see him develop a swing like Bonds.
  23. Vernon Wells was my next guess. If not him, I give up and will wait for the answer.
  24. I'll take a shot at Troy Glaus.
