What a waste of his career.

I, for one, LOVE hawk. Most announcers these days couldn't care less about their teams. Hawk is one of the few that has a strong passion for this team. While he's not the best announcer in the world, he shares the feelings of us, the fans. When things are going bad, he's as angry as we are, when things are going good, he is as ecstatic as us. Now, if I wasn't a fan of the sox and was forced to listen to him, that's a totally different story.

I got that same jersey for x-mas, w/ Buehrle name/number on it. I'll be wearing it to the games this year, so no way I would have them sign that one. I would bring one of my cheaper ones.

The Royals will be in this race, I don't think, they'll win it, but they are good enough to hang around. And they have a manager that knows how to motivate.

that was the first sox team I knew. I was 7 during the '93 division winner season, and the sox were the only team in Chicago at that time. That's what made me a sox fan for life.
