The new FutureSox dot com - it's here! Give it a look.
Only negative I have noticed is that when you google "Futuresox", this is the 4th site shown. The old Chicagonow Futuresox website is shown first. The Chicagonow article about Futuresox ending on their site doesn't have a link to the new Futuresox site. I can see people who aren't regulars thinking it is gone or down for a prolonged period of time.

I'm trying to become next in line for a moderator nomination here. You'll be first on my list when I get the position

The new site looks phenomenal though. I've said it before many times, but the content Futuresox puts out is simply phenomenal. I recommend it to all the White Sox fans I know. As we enter the (hopefully) golden age for the White Sox, I hope Futuresox and Soxtalk get an influx of new White Sox fans, causing both sites to flourish like never before.

Goose Island Sox Golden Ale
Missed this post. Off color is great, as others have said. Apex Predator is just so good.

Badler Day - our 2020 Intl Review
If Colas is the real deal and the Sox decide to pursue him, you'd have to think we're definite frontrunners with our group of Cubans.

Goose Island Sox Golden Ale
Three absolutely incredible beers. Tripel Karmeliet and La Fin are probably in my top 5. Not a huge fan of goose island beers. However, I had a few of their Next Coast IPAs at a bulls game and it was much better than their typical beers. I was pleasantly surprised. I've been back on an Apex Predator binge lately. Not a fan of most sours, but Apex Predator (technically a farmhouse ale) has the perfect hint of sourness for me. Very quality beer. That said, in a Revolution fanboy through and through. Can never go wrong with Anti-hero. A little crazy is their seasonal Belgian IPA. One of my favorites. We have a beer tasting event during a Christmas party at work. An employee has a brother that is a brewery at Rev. He brought in about 15 different rare beers of theirs, all 10%+. It was incredible.

Easier said than done. Might as well restart the clock while they can. If they want to retain their talent, they'll be breaking the bank soon.

Tino doesn't have 1/10th the class that Paulie has. Paulie also rocked a wRC+ of 118 while Tino had a wRC+ of 110. Paulie was a better hitter.

Yeah, it's really good stuff. I got into from watching others stream as well. I haven't really played a PC FPS consistently since TF2, and before that CS 1.6 and DoD. I love the RPG aspect of it. I'm still getting clowned on by guys with better aim and ridiculous kits.

What would it take to get Nolan Arenado?
Somebody is salty towards the Cubs.

You call that a dream? .300 hitter with 30+ homeruns? Pfft. Vaughn's winning the triple crown, at least once. Get your pessimism outta here

Offseason 2019-2020 MLB Catch All Thread
Man, what a trade that turned out to be. Can't believe Marcus Semien put up 7.6 freaking fWAR last season... He also played 162 games this season and 159 the season before. Impressive stuff. Dude has made the absolute most out of his talent.

^ live streaming videogames is bigger than you think, and it is still a relatively young "industry". It has only been around for 10-15 years. People are becoming millionaires from streaming videogames. Big names like Michael Jordan, Drake, Jerry Jones and many others are investing in esports teams. This is an industry that will blow up in the future.

Esports are on the rise and they aren't slowing down. Watching live streaming of videogames is big with the younger generation. It's free to watch and you can interact with the gamers through the chat. I think it will cut into the viewership of all major sports- What would it take to get Nolan Arenado?
Do not want. Nolan's stats outside of Coors aren't that impressive. We could have just signed Rendon, the better player imo, and not have to trade assets.- MLB cheating scandal
That would never work. It would impact the entire season far too much. - Long-Term Viewership Trends for Sports
