  1. QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 9, 2014 -> 10:06 PM) Chisenhall is turning into a star. 5-5, 3 HR and 9 RBI tonight Only took him 5 years. That's why we gotta be patient with our young players....
  2. If Rock's rumors was true about the Cubs wanting Gordon. Do you think he could fetch a guy like Soler?
  3. QUOTE (Baron @ Jun 9, 2014 -> 10:05 PM) Their pitching depth is pretty bad in the minors and on top of not so great draft Completely agree.
  4. QUOTE (Baron @ Jun 9, 2014 -> 10:02 PM) Bryant is the one that I think for sure you can count on being good in the majors. I'm not a fan of Soler or Baez. Almora is struggling in high A too. He walks at a less rate than Anderson.
  5. That splitter is almost unhittable.
  6. Dan Hayes ‏@DanHayesCSN 2m Source said #WhiteSox have agreed in principle to sign 2nd-rd pick, RHP Spencer Adams, at slot. Suggested slot is $1.282 mill. LET'S GO!!! At slot is amazing.
  7. Thompson 2-5 3B RBI Ravelo 1-4
  8. My guy Wendelken pitching tonight. Hope for a good start for him.
  9. QUOTE (flavum @ Jun 9, 2014 -> 10:20 AM) I'm going to take this as a good sign. https://twitter.com/KDB_MLB/status/47601969...3815296/photo/1 That's what I like to see. Looks good in the 83 hat already!
  10. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Jun 9, 2014 -> 09:16 AM) Well, this is already a loss thanks to Kyyle starting the game thread, THANKS JERK I think I'm 1-10 this year making game threads lol
  11. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Jun 8, 2014 -> 09:07 PM) High schooler Wagoner twitter: Hmmm... 36th round high schooler, must really love baseball and hate school lol.
  12. Looks like Jarvis, Gomez and Silverio all signed.
  13. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Jun 8, 2014 -> 08:36 PM) Jarvis twitter: Mike Gomez: That's huge in my opinion.
  14. QUOTE (Feeky Magee @ Jun 8, 2014 -> 02:19 PM) Danish left after 3.2, Olacio came in and has given up back to back homers. Why is he finish after 3.2?
  15. When is it when international players can sign?
  16. QUOTE (bmags @ Jun 8, 2014 -> 02:43 PM) No Adolfo in top 30? Totally forgot about him, he would probably be around 15

  18. QUOTE (raBBit @ Jun 8, 2014 -> 12:17 PM) Not necessarily pertinent to today's slate of action, but Trey Michalczeski is moving away from the singles and walks hitter he had been in the early going. 9 XBH in his last ten games (6 2B, 3B, 2HR). Hitting .382 with an OPS of 1.227 during that span. .286/.373/.437/.810 slash on the year. His splits, as a switch hitter, are nearly identical despite a small sample size batting righty. I am really excited about getting really excited about this kid. He is profiling as a Chase Headley type and I love the fact that he's still pretty athletic as third-baseman. I'd be really interested in seeing some scouts touch on his defense. And Trey hit a 2 run HR today lol.

QUOTE (raBBit @ Jun 8, 2014 -> 12:22 PM) Andre Wheeler is throwing for Kanny today. He's quietly been great ever since he was drafted last year. He'll be 23 in September so it'd be good to see him get challenged soon. I've been high on him since the beginning of the year. I think he has earned himself a promotion.
  20. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jun 7, 2014 -> 11:59 PM) And why isn't/wasn't Putnam in this game instead of Petricka? SIGH. Petricka has been real good
  21. Um where were those last 2 pitches? Are you kidding me
