I just bought the damn thing a year ago lol. I have Spectrum (St. Louis) so I am not even sure what modem I could buy on my own. I have always used whatever the company gave me and didn't think twice about it. I did do an update about a month or two ago because it was happening way too often and it helped for a couple weeks but seemed to happen every couple (not as bad as before the update). I just started noticing the last couple days it happening 2-3 times throughout the time I am home.

I would hope he realized they were not going to win this year.
