What a brutal look at some teams. "Alou a question" in San Fran? There is some piss poor effort but I like it, hope we get lots more like this too.

Shame is I understand every word, and I'm a white boy from the country.

Nuff of the all Talk and no Rock! Figure out a way to get it done! -
Could have been that there was a lot of civil service type people(chicks) out that week anyways and lots of tourists in the summer. Man did the g-8 blow dead goats for the town though, the govt. has decided not to pay any compensation. Did you hear the F-18's fly over that one morning, I thought we all were dead.

You thing Durham swings for the fences now, try to give him more money to hit. I would make the official scorers job something, on every play he's costing either the batter or the pitcher money.
-
He should have tried to learn that one too.

You're likely to hear eh a lot, but I can't promise I'll say aboot. I don't know if you guys encounter a lot of Canadians from the west, but I think you'll be dissapointed in the accent or lack there of). -
Jimmy was hamered tonight and Adam was on it, they were pretty stupid, but that is my st yle so I though it was funny.

From what I've heard many Americans don't know where or what Canada is, so I figured I could pull a fast one maybe. Credible in that there are 5 official parties(at least 13 seats), but the credibility I refer to is implied and definately not earned. Ok now i get it. By the way I really like Canmore or at least the little bit that I saw of it. I was there for a few days last summer when I was working at the G-8 summit. there are some mighty fine women out there Out here in Manmore? It's slim pickin's when it's like 5 to 1 men to women, but at least they're mostly all in good shape. You from Ottawa or what? How were you working the G-8?

Though I could argue fine points of that list I think the point is there are a lot of good baseball clubs in the AL and they are not to be under estimated.

Clayton was a pimp, I guess chicks don't dig the longball after all. "Hey baby, I'm a defensive specialist"

Daubach This says he can play 3rd Who knows

Loaiza throws about 95 if I recall, he was the quazi-ace for a pitching depleated team, I would liken him to a Jim Parque(yikes)in terms of attitude. He was in the Jays dog house after comming off his injury he b****ed a lot about how they has disregarded him(perhaps for good reason) but on the bright side he was primarrily pissed of that Toronto sucked and he wanted to win. Either way I don't see a downside to the signing but to expect anything more than a .500 pitcher with a era around 5 as a starter is curious. He may fit into a relief roll better though who knows, 95 is some heat.

Unfortunately these teams may have made it easier for Atlanta because there aren't any real weak teams to build wins on and with that the difficulties in division, all will have in division, so it will be hard for 2 to emerge.

Mine is half you age plus 6, but I'm a little younger than you I think so you can find a formuld that fits better.

Some with more have been paid less and vice versa. It's only over paying if you can't afford it.

Pardon me, the use of the second person "you guys" was directed towards all Americans, not Democrats. You are perfectly correct, know how little Democrats have to gain by the emergence of a true left without the true right, as it will be a bigger hurdle to overcome. The upside I see however, is that the Democrats will have to earn those votes, rather than point blame for them. The point that most of the farther left likely feel is lost on Democrats, is that the Democrats(in their opinion)are not a grand improvement over the Republicans, if at all. If they do not represent the people they expect to vote for them, they do not deserve that vote. I personally would likely have fallen into the category, that if my vote were in a state not pre determined, I would have voted for the Democrats, but people shouldn't have to select the lesser of two evils as their democraticly gifted right to vote. It is hard to but I think that covers it. No system of Democracy has figured it out. Here in Canada we have the choice of many credible national parties, yet a non-elected and totally useless senate. Sweeden does representation based on popular vote I think which give the real power to the big cities and alienates regions. France has a run off thing that I don't really understand but I gather, potentially elects Facists(which is a real contradiction). The U.S. is a 50/50 what guy do you like more? Nothings perfect I just like the concept of a democracy as representative as possible. Pardon the long winded answer, but I'm not even technically a high school graduate and so I don't feel deathly confidant on my political ideoligies. I think much of this post is trying to convice myself that things I've said before are justified. P.S. Thank you for your kind word "I generally love your posts" makes it worth while to waste as much of my life here as I do and be assured the feeling is mutual.

what time zone? Are you talking 12 Eastern? 11 Eastern is non-network (local news) - I'll never see it then. I watch Letterman. It is 10 MST and therefore I figured 11:00 CST central which I assumed chicago was in that is midnight on the East so you may not see it if that time slot don't work for you. My ABC affiliates are out of Seattle and Detroit though so who knows. It is reshown here at 1:00am MST so maybe if you are insomniac you can watch it at 2:00 CST. Confused yet? I sure am

The most likely occurence of nuclear war in our situation is a bomb landing in Tel Aviv. This would be followed by a quick multi target response from the Israilies and you can bet that they would not wait for U.S. help or permission. Chernobyl is a dead sterile 350 km radius of concrete and ever aid worker fireman and helicopter piolot who came into that radius is dead. That was a small spill, life is over as we know it should their be an attack.

Since the middle of the century the U.S. has decided to make itself the international Robocop. Forgive if I am stepping on toes here but a good deal of it stems from the fact that most Americans have made God in their image. When the reciever bows after his touchdown, or the ballplayer look up after the home run, that is an example(not the best one but it is a baseball board). This causes the U.S. to resent other countries that do the same. There is much more to it, just another thought.

Perrot and Buchannon or whoever the next freak of the week take votes too. Democrats stole lots of votes from Nader. I think you guys need Nader's party to get to the 5% hump. Democrats and Republican are both whores to big buisness.
