I’m selling Pollock, Kelly, and maybe Graveman for cents on the dollar just to move on from those contracts. If anyone wants Leury too, he’s yours. They won’t sell off major prices as they should, but at least trim some of the financial mistakes from the margins.

Hahn and TLR must both go simultaneously. If Hahn or KW goes it just open the door for TLR to run the ship aground from the FO. Firing the coaching staff doesn’t solve everything but would be a good start though.

If they won it all and TLR rode off into the sunset, I’d consider that a success. But anything other than TLR’s exit is a failure on an organizational level, even if they squeak past the first round.

Its maddening that they don't poach any of that coaching/dev staff. Or at least model how they do things after Cleveland or StL. They would own the ALC every single year.
