Jose Abreu

Some of these threads are cancer. You'd think people would be more patient as major busts Moncada and Anderson are having all-star seasons.

Awesome if true. With the new free agent landscape, service time is less of a concern since everyone is agreeing to team-friendly extensions.

But Ryan Pace just got fired with this draft, one prominent NFL executive just texted me...

The sample size is irrelevant but it also makes no sense to bat the best hitter in the lineup 5th. Even last year it was a bad decision, since he needed more reps against LHP

This might qualify as political and if so I apologize, but it's very interesting to me. This guy, Derek (Roland) Black is my TA in a class on the history of white supremacy right now. I've been interacting with him for weeks and only just learned that he is David Duke's godson, a former white nationalist and presumed future leader of the KKK, who saw the light so to speak a few years ago and now speaks out against the very tenets he was brought up with.

From the same guy:

Moncada hit that ball 103 MPH and the fielder made a great play. That's usually a hit.

But only 3 strikeouts, so he must be really good!

Didn't know that. Thanks for sharing

Technically we're seeing an outfield of Eloy/Garica/Cordell for the foreseeable future

All these pro-Tilson/Engel threads really are something

I count him as a SG, so no

I've been saying for years that Lillard is the 2nd best point guard in the NBA (Curry). Does anyone disagree?

Track record?

They hit him really well actually. Box score is very misleading tonight.

Colome? Seriously?

Great piece of hitting by TA

Moncada is such a stud

They haven't. They've been insanely unlucky.

Yet we've been making really good contact with nothing to show for it. 4 balls with 100+ MPH exit velocities, 0 were hits
