If this is the real Moncada, then the Sale trade is already won. Kopech and Basabe could completely bust and it wouldn't make a difference. 6 years of a top 20 player in baseball, who plays every day, is already much more valuable than 3 years of a dominant starting pitcher.

Since Palka and Engel have been used, the bench would be empty. Nobody would be available to replace whoever gets benched

They can't do this because one of Castillo or Narvaez would then need to play in the field, with no other bench players available edit- in the event that we tie
