We paid today for not having a true 1st baseman, you can’t send both of your 1st basemen to the minors, Elko was playing well at first and should have never been sent back to Charlotte after only a 10 game and 31 AB period but we have to remember that Getz is still an idiot.

Rojas is no Brooks Robinson at 3B.

Just such stupid stuff with Sosa and then Taylor. What also hurt was Vargas not getting a handle on that hard hit ball.

That 9th inning was ugly both on defense and offense.

What pisses me off is a bullshit lineup by Veneble when we have a chance at a sweep and maybe getting on a roll.

The pitch that really hurt was the first guy getting hit after being 0-2.

I want guys playing the posistion they’re use to.

I’m a Benintendi fan, he received a lot of hate his first year but he had a really bad wrist. Not the best left fielder but if he stays healthy he should be good for 20 homers, 80 rbi and a OPS around .780.

How many balls today did the Sox hit to LF that without the wind would have been homers, I’m thinking 4.

I like Tauchman, he’s a veteran pro and will help the kids.

You never know, I wanted those 2 runs with Sosa up in the bottom of the 7th.

Yep the Rangers are in a funk but I think the Sox are starting to believe in themselves and coming together as a team.

IIRC Sosa wasn’t bad at 3rd last year. I agree on Colson at SS and Meidroth at 2B.
