Best day of the year
I totally get you. I know they are 2 different things. I'm agnostic, and not really a fan of organized religion, especially people who try to preach it to me when I don't want any part of it (not that I'm saying you're doing that) I don't care if you are religious, just don't look down on me with a holier than thou attitude, or with pity because I'm not. That's what irks me.

Best day of the year
Yea, the Strong Sad pumpkin definetly turned out the best. For some reason he has become one of my favorites. As far as POD... I like the new song and didn't think it had too much of a rap core feel to it. Everything I've heard is that the new album isn't just a repackaged version of the last one. It is supposed to have a different sound to it. I am very hopeful that it will be good, as I'm sure you've already noticed. Then again I liked the last couple of albums (ok I'm old, CDs - whatever). Then again again (... umm, whatever to that too) I don't count the christian thing as an instant turn off. Yeah Strong Sad is my favorite as well, I have a Strong Sad T-Shirt As Well. Well I obviously don't like P.O.D because I think they suck, but I also don't like Christian Rock bands in general, like P.O.D and Creed. As you can probably figure out I'm going the other way thanks

A Strong Sad Pumpkin? That's badass, you should send a picture of it to the homestar runner guys. On a side note Playboy gave that POD album 1 bunny head, and I saw there new video, they sound like the same christian rapcore band I didn't like before

That was an awesome first episode, especially the Jack being hooked on Heroin or some kind of drug. It will definately take some time to get used to Kim being smart and working at CTU. It's too funny to hear her using all these CTU terms instead of being in revealing clothes and getting caught in bear traps

In your CD player
I luv Chapter Four from them, found it on the Madden 2004 Soundtrack. Dunno if the album's out here yet or not. But in my CD Player is Infest by Papa Roach. An oldie, but a classic. Oh yeah I forgot it was on Madden 2004. I don't have it but I heard that it was. Chapter Four is also a great song on that album.

The only bad thing about Alice in Chains, they gave them a band name

Avenged Sevenfold "Waking the Fallen" f***! I've been listening to this album so much after I saw them live. They just rock, there is no other way to describe them. They stick to there guns and play the old school heavy metal sound and they do it so well. "I Won't See You Tonight Part 1" "I Won't See You Tonight Part 2" Two f***ing great songs The best thing about these guys is the background vocals, all the "Oooooo's" ala Maiden etc.

THE official sing pharses from a song thread
Mr. Bungle "Vanity Fair" You're not human You're a miracle A preacher with an animal's face In your sexy Neon smokescreen Lie the supersalesmen of vanity Even your shadow worships you In your jungle solitude With the orgies of the sacrament And the seal of flagellants God saves those who save their skin From the bondage that we're in I'm elated I could cut you And remove the sheath of your ignorance Bless the eunuch And the Skoptsi Will you hurt me now and make a million? Say cheese, baby We all love you But it's a cheap world and you don't exist... Slit the fabric of the right now Spread your legs and wear the crown Tell me how long, lord, how long? Till I get my beauty sleep? Now the hourglass is empty The moment of my de-sexing Cut it Cut it Cut this cancer from my soul Now that I've made it... I'm finally naked...
