I remember when I first realized Hawk didn't know how to properly evaluate White Sox players: He was GUSHING over Jeff Liefer saying he would be a great hitter given 500 AB's. Might have even said he could hit 30 HR's. Hawk was gospel to me at that point (I wanna say this was sometime in 2002.. maybe) it's been a slow decline since then. With not only player evaluation but calling a baseball game too.

I watched a lot of their games last year, when they Sox weren't playing cause they were (still are) a fun team to watch. I must say I like they're announcing team. Will probably listen to them over Hawk on MLB.TV.

I know it's a White Sox/Cell cliche, but that ball Gordon hit late in the game would have been a homer in June. I don't know how that ball stayed in. He got absolutely all of it.

Trevor Bauer has weird ears. That is all. He also walked 4 straight to start the game. Indians announcers kinda ripping his mechanics, which is weird since he's Mr. Mechanics with watching High Speed footage and the long toss etc.

The very early story on the Tigers so far is mediocre starting, mess of a back end of the bullpen, but winning because the offense is bailing them out.
