With a day off Monday and Thursday, I would dfa Drabek as the corresponding roster move for Sale. Go with 6 relievers for three games, hope Petricka comes back next weekend and then send down one of Sanchez/Johnson.

At the time we signed him to the extension, I didn't think he'd be worth it. I was calling to deal him away for whatever (maybe one top prospect then, but I think KW wanted 3) and re-sign Buehrle.
