    Hes only going to about $25M over the next 2 years too. They’re obviously not going to shell out a 9-figure deal to any free agent pitchers so might as well pay from your wealth of prospect capital.

    It’s going to be more than 2 pieces for sure, even if the last piece or two are lottery tickets. Maybe Jack Flaherty will be available at the trade deadline again.

    I do think a package ultimately looks like: 2 top 100 prospects, a guy in an organization’s 10-20 range, and then one in the 20-30. Something close to that.
