  1. Having to cover that much ground long-term could lead to pulls and shit. Robert's injury still had to with his legs. Hopefully DH is universal so it opens up 15 more jobs for a possible Yermin trade.
  2. You figure that out when you cross that bridge. He may not even be ready in 2022 for all we know.
  3. He's referring to this: http://www.soxtalk.com/forums/index.php?/forum/18-futuresox-board/
  4. Yeah I tend to agree with this. There would probably be about as many or more out of town fans for the opposing team than the home team.
  5. Points Bet has a risk free same game parlay (up to $25) promo for this game for you other gamblers out there.
  6. Trammel is hitting .157. Clearly send Trammel down to Triple-A.
  7. Yeah I think that is correct. He has played OF in the minors as well (granted, 9 games).
  8. Yeah...I'm more leaning towards standing pat and going with Vaughn as the primary LF and Eaton, Garcia, Hamilton, Engel, Goodwin covering CF and RF. Maybe Mendick against some lefties depending on the rest of the roster construction. Lamb can just go away.
  9. Yeah, probably Gallo. And then when everyone comes back, you move Eaton to a bench role (if he's not on IL).
  10. I kind of get the feeling that Crochet will never be a starter here (based on really nothing of course) so I wouldn't mind trading him. I just wish we could get someone with more control though.
  11. I feel like with the way Grandal has been walking and getting on base, he should be hitting 2nd but that is where Madrigal is. If you're not going to him his second, I personally do not like him hitting anywhere between 3-6.
  12. Unless you get someone for almost nothing, I would probably just ride with what we got for the most part until Robert and Eloy come back. Have Engel replace Hamilton or Lamb , platoon him with Eaton in RF, who has been terrible against lefties this year (albeit SSS), and keep looking at guys who get released and shit. Edit: the division sucks so as long as the pitching holds up, Vaughn is starting basically every day, and other guys in the lineup get going, they should be fine.
  13. Yeah I'd keep him in 7-spot, probably 8 if everyone were healthy. Yerminator!
  14. Haha I know what game is being referred to for that April 5th game but don't know the date. It was that third game against Seattle.
  15. Yeah I gotta go with this. Jerry wanted LaRussa and no one else was seriously considered.
  16. Joey Gallo is semi-big. I do think if we got him we would definitely have to play him in RF when Eloy and Luis are back (Eaton can move to the bench if he's not on the IL).
