It's been a while! But I would look into the likes of Ian Desmond and Asdrubal Cabrera. I feel Cabrera could man 3B potentially, or maybe Desmond can. I'm sure if not one of them could man 2B. I don't believe either are going to cost compensation so I would look at those 2 way before giving up a pick for Kendrick. Also I wouldn't touch Ian Kennedy due to the compensation. Another guy I wouldn't hate giving a short deal to is David Freese but he isn't sitting at the top of my list.

Well said it August 1st. We went from sellers to buyers to nothing just in time to lost 5-7 of the next 10. We are 3-7 since July 30th and 2-6 in our last 8. Sucks when you are actually right in your pessimism

Is Danks really pitching that bad this year? His first start wasn't good but that KC team was very hot and no one looked good against them on our staff. His 2nd start was bad yes. His last 2 against the same teams his first 2 were against 4.50 era, 1.16 WHIP with 12 k's. I think that's pretty solid for a 4 or 5 starter.

I am glad I decided against buying tickets to games this week in light of these events. Nothing good is coming from these riots... they are no longer protests. Peaceful protesters were fine and doing the right thing.

Robertson has been absolutely mind blowing this far. Shark outside of his first what 7 or 8 innings of the year has pitched extremely well.

Well I know it's 4 games into the season, but these 4 games have sucked all the enthusiasm I had for the season out of me already... I've actually watched most of the games and it's just sad. I know it's a long season but nothing so far has me looking optimistic. Our pitchers are like 100+ in the 5th opposing pitchers are usually at 50 or so pitches. Turn it around boys TURN IT AROUND

This series is a mix of the Royals being good, and us not being so good yet.
