For me, the Dash (as well as the Barons) have been my go to teams to watch this year. I would tune into CHA for Eloy at-bats, but the Dash have been a very exciting team to follow all year long. They never really seem to be out of a game, which is exciting to watch.

James Fegan had an article about him a few weeks ago, said this year he's been in the 89-94 range, whereas last year it was 85-91... He focused on leg and shoulder strength in the off-season which seems to be helping out a lot.

I guess this would explain for his placement on the temp inactive list last week.

If someone says he sucks after that they're either joking, trolling, or both. If Avi shows signs that he has in fact turned the corner and last year wasn't just an aberration, then yes I'd be for extending him. Eventually you'll need to keep some guys, and Avi is still a young dude. I wouldn't give him 8 years or anything crazy, but I think something in the 3-5 range could be a worthy investment.
