Covey is frustrating. If he learned to push off and really drive through his pitches he’d be so much more effective. He stays too tall and leaves almost everything belt high. If he worked his fastball knee high consistently he’d be incredibly hard to hit

His offspeed pitches have been really bad today.

I've noticed the same. I follow the game threads from time to time but largely I avoid following them let alone commenting when they lose because it's almost like many people feel like it's the end of the world when they lose...I follow the minor league threads more than the major league ones lol.

Covey's throwing much better offspeed pitches. Doing well so far without huge movement on his sinker to lefties 

No reason for Tilson not to be bunting there. Strikeout there was worst case scenario

Protect with 2 strikes!  He's over 40 K looking on the season now
