Most notable things about the article for those that don't have a subscription:

1) He has eliminated the big arm swing in his delivery, says that it made it more difficult to throw strikes. Delivery is now more compact. 

2) Spin rate is up this year due to changes in the delivery. This should, in theory, correlate to a velocity increase. 

3) He does Driveline-style workouts, but on his own so that he can modify them to fit what he wants to do

I really don't care. It is his first start of the spring. I care more from like March 10th onward, when the starters start to go 4+ innings.
