Dan Metzdorf, a Sr. from Boston College. Obviously a money saving pick. Can't complain. 1st 4 rounds were great.

So, is this where they save a little extra money? Offer the kid some nominal amount and if he doesn't take it, use all of that money to sign the tough signees. Is that permissible?

In order to get the slot amount the kid has to sign or you lose it.
