If the Sox sign Rendon and move Moncada back to 2B I couldn’t care less about Madrigal then.

Syndergaard could double his WAR in those 2 years.

If that deal could actually happen, which it cant/won't, you do that EVERY SINGLE DAY. 2nd basemen are a dime a dozen, Thor absolutely is not.

I understood why people thought the Mets would trade Nimmo, but don’t get the rationale behind these trades. With the infusion of new cash I’m sure their plan is to keep Thor with degrom and keep adding, not trading for prospects.

Deal Madrigal as a main piece for pitcher with at least 3 years of control, then sign Rendon?

Maybe their interest in Ozuna is as a replacement for Eloy if they trade him for a young stud pitcher.

i think trading for price/benintendi is my favorite option currently discussed. it just doesnt seem like there are a ton of TOR arms available currently. i remember the marco gonzales rumors. maybe those come back up? hes definitely not a TOR arm though
