Throat cancer.  I saw them with David Lee Roth in Tinley Park in 2015.  It was a great show and I thought for sure they would at least tour every couple of years especially since his son joined the band but then he was diagnosed with cancer and it kept getting worse.

RIP Van Halen.

I was texting with a high school buddy. We saw them in 1979 at the Aragon Brawl Room. Sadly all we can remember are the bathrooms being full and people pissing behind a door. We started the day at our favorite Wisconsin bar (drinking age 18).

I hate to be the grim reaper on this, but there's a better chance for Rose to try to get into the Hall now with Morgan gone.

Alex Trebek, died at 80 years old.  Is it just me or does it feel ironic that him and Sean Connery die within just over a week from each other?
