Sox on YouTube

Featured Replies

I just finished watching the 9th inning of Buerhle's perfect game. I still get excited.

What's your favorite?

Don't forget too, FutureSox has a YouTube Channel that is 100% free with hundreds of prospect videos found nowhere else. There are a few from this spring training and last, and a whole lot from previous minor league seasons, of many current (and former) prospects. You can search the channel by player name if you are looking for someone specific. And if you subscribe you'll get an email whenever a new batch of videos goes up (whenever that might be, haha).

I think the Buehrle PG was being shown on MLBN today 3 different times

This is just the best.

Ughhh I wish I had access to this!!

The amazing yet typical thing about the perfect ninth inning is that it only took four minutes.

The final Opening Day of Comiskey Park, April 9, 1990

As good as any place to put this, haven't seen anyone else mention it -

Garfien and Benetti are calling simulated games on MLB The Show as if they were real and sharing it online. They're doing this every Thursday at 3pm CT for that week's regularly scheduled game.

Here's last week's Red Sox game. An hour and a half of banter, "season stats", and discussion about the real team. There are worse ways to spend an afternoon.

Baseball is back, -ish!

Does anyone know of a DVD collection or something similar of the 2005 playoff run?  I'd love to own each game.

I actually have a DVD collection of every postseason game. I bought it in 2006 for next to nothing. I have never opened it.

Yesterday was the 20th anniversary of this brawl.

That Tigers team was a pile of garbage both in talent as well as character. Robert Fick, Bobby Higginson, cheap shot Juan Samuel (coach).  The only good thing was that we would consistently beat them.
