It could be.  But generally we always hear about guys from the Dominican Republic, or Cuba, etc, taking a while to warm up due to the cold weather up here in the spring.  They tend to heat up as it gets warmer out.  Obviously different for everyone.  I was merely saying, if it was April or May, that's probably what RR would have said instead of going off the number of at bats.
