I do agree with you on that ray. I don't want to trade many people either.

What if the sox trade big stick nick? That would be devastating. I have to watch nick torment harold for the next decade. It's at the core of my sox fanhood.

Kopech still here...✅ Vaughn still here...✅ Madrigal still here...✅ Dunning still here...✅ I’m good!

  • Stay strong NOT Steve

  • It probably is. That said you don't know everything.  The smartest guy in the room act is comical.

Yeah I don't want that. The window is just opening . i would rather make a minor deal or nothing at all. Just my opinion of course.

He said Hahn was going to spend this offseason

He had the Robert extension

He reported the Sox serious interest in Cishek before anyone

He reported the Sox were not in on Castellanos

He said the Sox and Moncada were discussing an extension before anyone

He said the Sox loved Kelley a month before the draft

He said Kopech was opting out for reasons not related to mental health

He had the Mazara trade too.. He's literally had EVERYTHING

FWIW a lot of people had that trade before it was announced

The Sox will be older today than they were yesterday

Dumping Mazara or Encarnacion for a bullpen arm and cash?

I’ll lose my mind if the Twins get Lynn or someone like him and the Sox do nothing and then I see some moron saying “thank God we didn’t mortgage the future”

The Rangers are playing the Lynn deal the way they should.  They are pitting the Twins and Sox against each other, as well as other suitors.  I don't agree with your definition of "moron".  There has to be a limit on overpayment.

Yikes, some poopy diapers overnight here.

Fathom follows the message boards and twitter feeds of all of baseball; he could connect all the dots.

maybe he is cishek afterall....

I think the rangers were probably hurt a bit by the clevinger stuff. Dynamic changes when you are now holding the second best piece.

We better not be mortgaging our future for short term gain.

All this "mortgaging our future" talk...has there been a single piece mentioned that doesn't have at least another year of control?

I think before all of this they were probably close to trading him too

You are saying a lot of things that simply aren't true to support your claim.

1. Everyone did
2. I'll argue this until I'm blue in the face, but he read the tea leaves here... but if I will give him "one move" for the year, this is it
3. No
4. So? Plenty of people said this.
5. Wrong
6. The Sox scouted him multiple times; I knew that and I'm not an insider
7. Piggybacked this as well; this was said by multiple people.

I follow about 500 Sox twitter accounts, and what Cishek does is play off the story or the speculation/thought/feed. That doesn't mean he doesn't have a buddy that works in the front office who blurted out one thing to him once.

Alright he's a complete moron and flat out guessing. You're right

I’m not even smart enough to embed tweets. I don’t even want to think about managing a twitter account.

Personally, I would love if Hahn surprised everyone and traded for Marte and Bradley.  Probably wouldn't cost as much as Lynn.  Then roll with Dunning as your #3.

I'm completely in on this.

I would LOVE that.
