Depends on your perspective. Employees within the organization might’ve experienced how fans treated the organization and ask themselves: Will JR/Hahn forgive the fans? 

Personally, I’m all about inclusiveness on the bandwagon, so anyone and everyone is welcome. But I wasn’t the brunt of personal attacks like Jerry or Tony were, so I can’t judge whether they forgive after we win the WS.

I just think it’s weird to take any of it personally.  
 

I think our FO has done a great job with the rebuild

I might be in the minority but I think they've done a nice job during the rebuild after realizing that the patchwork job wasn't working. 

Sheesh, enough with the soap opera... Can't we just enjoy watching the Sox and hope they win a damn championship?!?!

RH did a great job in the rebuild acquiring top end young talent and extending them to team friendly long term deals. It just sucks JR isnt gonna let him spend sufficiently to supplement the core appropriately.

All major acquisitions and trades have been decided upon by KW, Hahn and Jerry in close consultation with one another....not RH by himself.  Draft decisions were not his call.

Luis Robert was not Hahn's find, it was Marco Paddy working primarily with KW.  Hahn was encouraged by Reinsdorf to sign him as cheaply as possible.  Goof job there. So Hahn gets credit where it is due, but the narrative that Hahn is this great GM whose only limitation is the Owner's demands on him, is absurd.

Trading for Shields and tossing in Tatis Jr. was not  Jerry's idea. JR did nit make the agreement with LaRoach to have his kid become part of the team.

And the long Robin Ventura Malaise was on Hahn's watch. Never forget that.

The decisions were jointly made according to Hahn. Whose initial idea they were is a different issue

Process vs outcome. I’m not ok with their process even if the outcome works, and that’s a fair critique.

I wonder if the FO deserves praise for Iocking all these guys up to cheap extensions.  Na, most teams are doing that.  

I will not forgive JR/KW/RH if we go into this season without a legit closer. Whether it be Hendricks or bringing back Colome. We are 92-1 with a lead in the 8th. That's because we had Bummer in the 8th and Colome in the 9th. Andrew Vaughn is not the answer at the DH positon and we need a lgit 4th or 5th starter. Either sign one or trade for one. Kopech, Cease or Lopez are no guarantees, Cease is young and Kopech and Lopez are head cases. With Kpech we have a shot of him turning things around. Lopez is to inconsistant and Stiever still need time. Bring Quintana and Odorizzi as a stop gap. Brantley to play Left and DH Eloy. 

Then i will forgive them for Adam Dunn, Laroach, trading for Price and giving them Tatis and the hirng as Hawk as GM for 1 year that set the team back for 10 years. Remember, it was Hawk who fired La Russa who went on to win 3 or 4 World Series and countless division titles.

I may never forgive Hawk for that move.

It’s the opposite, Hawk should be praised and have a statue for firing LaRussa. It was the lone good decision Hawk made. Tony choked year in and year out with the best teams, even as his clubs were jamming thousands of syringes in each other’s asses. I’m glad Frank Thomas is in the HOF and not sullied by LaRussa’s disgraceful steroid schemes.

Tony inherited great teams built by Hemond, Anderson and Jocketty, and he pissed his pants more time than not, even as the favorite. His two World Series were as the fifth (2006) and fourth (2011) best NL teams in the respective years, the beneficiary of the grab every dollar playoff scheme letting non worthy teams in than anything LaRussa was responsible for.

Ron Washington and Tony were horrible in the 2011 World Series, Tony couldn’t even use a phone. That is when he correctly retired, as the game passed him by. Ten years later, Jerry is in the graveyard digging up Tony’s 10 year dead managerial corpse.

The White Sox would have likely won a World Series or two after Tony was shitcanned if Jerry and his puppet Bud didn’t decide to kill baseball with his attempt to kill the Players Union in 1994, or Jerry making stupid rash GM decisions such as firing Hemond and Dombrowski and hiring Hawk in the first place.

Jerry Reinsdorf needs to stay out of White Sox business.

Well Southside Hit Men, we agree to disagree. I think Hawk was a terrible GM and who knows what more damage would have been done. But as they "everyone is entitled to there opinion. That's what makes this fun. 

Just get me a closer and A DH and starter and the Pope can run the team for all i care.

I'm not angry. The Sox being owned by a guy who won't pay top dollar for pitching talent for extended years is probably the right fiscal decision. The problem is we're supposed to be winning a World Series in the next 5 years or so. I just want one so the rebuild was worth it. He can't operate the same old way if winning the championship is truly a priority.

This is nothing new for Reinsdorf or any other White Sox owner in their history so being angry is idiotic. There's nothing to forgive. He's the chairman and can do as he pleases. The fact that Sox are still in Chicago is nice and we can bemoan our fate as Sox fans all we want ( and I often do ), but I do it because I want more. It doesn't anger me that I don't get what I want. That's life. I put in no work to achieve my wants as a fan so I can't feel like I've been stiffed.

Nothing to forgive and I'd be happy with an Archie Bradley signing before Christmas morning.

I agree with you that the three work together on most acquisitions.  Rick is the contract guy and a very good negotiator.  Ken is the main baseball skills evaluator with Jerry being the money guy.  Rick comes from a Harvard Law background...not a ballplayer at all.  He certainly could not and should not be the talent evaluator.  Pretty sure Kenny should not be doing the heavy-duty contract work either.  

Absolutely not.  Likewise, if Nick Madrigal wins the MVP I still won't forgive him for being a bad baseball player.

Not sure the exact stance you’re taking but posters are usually enthusiastic about all the long-term signings. Moncada, Robert, Eloy, and Anderson extensions were all applauded with Bummer’s having a mixed response. I don’t think anyone had mentioned it yet but absolutely you have to include that as a positive for the organization. And of course all the great contract extensions that gave us value to acquire our prospects.
