Pretty awesome these guys are doing that for him...shows how much the kid is loved in the clubhouse.  They don't do this if Leury Garcia tears a pec trying to rob a meaningless HR in spring training.

Vaughn could have a Ventura start at the plate and I'll still believe in him. Watching his at bats makes me believe.

I haven't felt as confident in a call-up as I do in him. All the at bats, including in spring this year and last year, showed an advanced approach at the plate. He looks like a royal pain in the ass to pitch to, and we don't have enough of those.
