Why is Marshall allowed to give up more runs than the starter?

Going to be a long night. Only the 5th and its been 2 hours

Marshall hasn’t thrown a good inside fastball to a righty all season. Calling for that pitch there was so dumb.

Really messed up thing is if the Sox win and don't give up this lead at any point, Marshall will get the win lol

Played the game for 18 years. I've never thought benetti is clueless. Him and stone not knowing what pitchers were looking at in their hat was weird and embarrassing, but I've never thought benetti was ignorant about the game. He can be overly complimentary sometimes but that's what it is. Guess we can just agree to disagree.
