July 9, 20214 yr It shouldn't be difficult for a team to buy up some multi unit buildings near the stadium to house players. The cost wouldn't even be all that great as the real estate is an investment. They could even do something like a frat house with a bunch of private rooms, common areas and cafeteria dining.
