  • Not sure but I assume you'll find something wrong with it

  • Just imagine bringing in Marshall to face a righty when they have an OPS near 1.000 off him.

Tony has left the dugout to yell at Yermin. Not once to have his player’s back.

Let's hope the Rays don't hit much to RF today cause Lamb looks shaky out there.

Jose seems to have run out of gas. He needs a refill....

Gio has good stuff today and good command.

Great inning for Lucas' pitch count.

Nice quick 2nd for Gio

Terrible month for Abreu so far.

Yep we need to start addressing this offense. We've done well, but it won't be sustainable and will cost us. We have an 18 game stretch after Hell week is over where we should win many games. After that, it will be time to bring in a bat with pop.

No more weather excuses to go to either.

Gonna be tough to hang with the Astros this week with this type of lineup. That’s the best lineup in baseball IMO

The Astros don't have much pitching though. They just rake. It's strength vs strength.

Out of curiosity, how’s his spin rate compared to his average

That's 5 infield pop ups he's induced.

He's averaging 2445 rpm on his 4 seamer and has a lot over 2500 today.

Their starting pitching looks just fine

Spin rate is actually up some RPMs on his fastball.

Ugh.. Benetti.

Their staff is solid, their bullpen beyond their closer is soft.

  • Greinke 3.68
  • Garcia 2.98
  • Urquidy 3.77
  • Javier 3.02
  • McCullers 2.89

It's their bullpen that's been bad. Since they've gotten Valdez back their starting rotation has been good. Luis Garcia gives them another pretty good starter and they just got McCullers and Odorizzi back.

Surprised Engel's not in against the lefty.

It's very odd the TLR would choose 2 LH OF's to play against a LHP rather than Engel when you have to add Collins , another LHH because he's Gio's personal catcher.

Yandy Diaz was positioned against the bunt against Collins.

It's cause Engel can't play a day game after a night game according to team doctors. He's still not 100%. I don't think he wants to run Lamb out there in RF against a lefty, he just kind of has to cause that's all we have on the team ATM.

We haven't barrel'd up Yarbrough yet. Everything we're hitting has been soft.
