As an out of the box move, the sox could replace cease in the rotation with Gray and then use Cease the remainder of this year as a multi innings guy in the pen. Thou the rumor is prolly bs.

Kopechs innings have already been limited. He needs to throw 80-100 innings this season to be a full fledged starter the Sox need him to be in 22. He needs to be starting games regularly in August and September.

they haven't even let him throw multiple innings in relief yet since he has gotten back from injury. hell need to do that first.
