Yes because you don't want Leury tied down to a specific position. He needs to be able to move around the field.

Yes.   A 2B with some pop would be huge.  Hope the Escobar deal happens.

Leury won't hit like this all year. Just enjoy this while we can. We still need someone like Escobar. Leury can fill in in the outfield and 2B. It's never bad to have a lot of depth.

The underlying peripherals are all pretty good. His FIP and xFIP are around 3.3.  But his stuff is getting smoked.

The good news is that his ERA is finally under 5. That might be the first time that's happened since May.
