He is stunting AV growth.  He comes up to bat in the playoffs he needs the experience of what pitchers like to do to get him out.  Sitting 5 our of 7 days just so Leury can get AB's is asinine and stu

Cesar Hernandez is way way way better than Leury Garcia. Whatever idiot said they're pretty similar should ban himself.

That would be fine if that is what Tony was doing across the roster. Yoan, with an injured shoulder, hasn’t had an inning off since July 9th. Tim hasn’t had a non DH day off since late May.

We are spending all our broadcasting petty cash fund on Kimbrel apparently…

I mean, the radio crew travels. I don't think this is a Jerry decision. This is NBC.

That was low

After the 45th pitch in an inning anything close is a strike.

Jerry owns the station.

OK Eloy stays he's a good hitter. Big Baby loves his mom.

I don't mind Dave Flemming, who is doing the game for ESPN (which is somehow not blacked out in Iowa)

Jerry has ownership stake in NBC Sports Chicago; the decision on things like this is 100% not up to Jerry Reinsdorf imo. No RSN announcers were/are traveling with the teams. This is NBC cutting costs. Maybe Jerry could overrule but who knows.

Maybe I'm wrong and it is up to Jerry, but no RSN announcers were traveling with the teams.

He owns 50 vs NBCs 25, it may well be NBCs call but if he wanted them there they’d be there.

There was on odds boost for “Giolito to have 5+ Ks and Sox to score 5.” Looking good early.

It took Timmy like 4 games to fix his swing and start raking again lol

he is such a talented hitter

I'm fine with blaming Jerry, but I don't think there's a single TV broadcast in baseball that's traveling on the road

Still feels like he just Intuits his adjustments too

When Tim stays inside the ball pitchers can't get him out.
