Seemed like it hit mostly muscle.  He didn't seem to be in pain during his practice throws.  But all we can do is wait and hope for good news.

Triceps above the elbow but not too far.  Probably got mostly muscle but tough to tell. 

Can Cesar stay in Cleveland?
