December 2, 20214 yr So glad I can finally unfollow Stroman, one of the worst player Twitter follows around.

Stroman saying he will never play for TLR because of what he stands for but then turns around and signs with a team owned by the RICKETTS family. What a hypocrite ?

What a hypocrite ? Eh I didn’t put a whole lot of faith in his comments. He knew he wasn’t going to free agency as he took the QO the next day. If the Sox offered the most money, I bet he would have signed here.
December 2, 20214 yr So now the Cubs have outspent us so far this off-season. Guess that will make for more Twitter entertainment with him and TLR in the same town. And, as usual, that Phillies speculation being out there for weeks and weeks about DD being desperate for Kimbrel and all the ideal packages the White Sox would get back in return...sigh. December 2, 20214 yr Just now, fathom said: And some think they might sign Rodon tonight That would be the ultimate 180 degree reversal if those three former White Sox somehow outproduced Cease and Jimenez this year. They might as well bring back Tepera and flip him again for good measure, although a playoff contender is much more likely.
December 2, 20214 yr How is it possible that a team other than the White Sox signed someone to a "Basically stay healthy" deal? What is even our identity anymore?

TLR is the answer, which means Tony is seemingly is more difficult for him to stomach than the Ricketts Family Circus. Or the White Sox were never interested. Or the Cubs simply offered more. Or all three.
December 2, 20214 yr Stroman is the MLB Odell Beckham. Talent is arguably there but very, very few will take on the circus in the locker room/off the field.

December 2, 20214 yr Poor Kendall Graveman probably found Soxtalk, thinkin “hey cool let’s check out how pumped these fans are with this roster”. Opens the front door and hears the chorus “we haven’t done jack shit all offseason! Not a damn thing!”

I wonder if that has something to do with JR wanting to wait until the CBA is worked out like has been mentioned on here plenty of times.

They likely also are strongly concerned about the luxury tax level, and they only have $13 million in space right now, if there’s not a big change until next offseason.
December 2, 20214 yr Lol at Stroman playing for the Ricketts. I hope a reporter asks him his opinion on that.
