  • There was nothing in his numbers last year to suggest he was a good acquisition

  • Buehrle would be in the 6th by now.

You mean it's not possible to replace a 5 war SP without adding an actual SP to the roster?? good thing there's plenty of upper minros pitching depth on the way ?

Leury...

Who pays for the bats under the new agreement?

Weak ground balls with men on.  Hooray!

Multiple runners on, potential big inning brewing, and then they get stranded by Leury + Harrison. I'm sure we won't be seeing that happen a ton this season.

I love how Chuck buys everything White Sox.

Everyone the Sox sign always wanted to play here.

I don't think Our Chuck is allowed to talk about Harrison without saying he brings a lot of energy.

I’m super pumped to watch 50+ games of the Slap Factory 2.0 staring Leury “Legend” Garcia & Josh “Big Energy” Harrison batting back-to-back.

Looks like $3M well spent... not. He keeps this up he's a DFA candidate come May. The Sox easily could have gotten this production out of Foster or Burr easy.

They do this very ducking year spend a few millions here and there on shit players instead of just signing one impact player.

Velasquez has nothing on his fastball.  Super loud contact all game.

Yikes.

This guy sucks

This team desperately needs Manaea.

Shocked that Leury is still here, they need to hit less ground balls

Would love to know exactly what their game plan was during the lockout for how to pursue players once it opened up.  God help us if this was their actual plan.

They need both, to be fair.

Remember, Stony Pony said we don’t need to add another starter since we’re already five deep and that improved defense & health on the positional side will solve all our problems.  And you wonder why he was never afforded a front office opportunity.

Is this the spring game that reminds us of all of the holes they didn't address this winter?

Sadly, I’m starting to believe that first call post lockout was to lock down Joe Kelly per Tony’s request.
