Is his 3 year track record of excellence or his 3 appearance track record of getting hit more meaningful?

Do his stats from 8 months ago, help him get outs tonight?

  • disagree.  he's very good but his stats aren't any better (or as good) than several other cf'rs.    he's not the five tool guy many claim he is.  strong arm but not accurate, glove is shaky at times.

Graveman's stuff looks damn good so far in his Sox tenure

Graveman has been nails

Graveman is amazing

kendall, that was nice and you deserve a cold beer

Graveman is nasty.

Man, Graveman just comes in, and gets outs.

What, this wasn't doing it for you?

Brennaman was the same shitty nepotism hire as Chip Caray. Glad he is gone.

Liam against Diaz, Lowe (L), and Phillips (L). I'd love to see an insurance run. I really don't trust Liam with 1 run leads right now.

Most reliable guy at the moment.

The rest of the bullpen has not told Graveman about the 8th inning and they need to keep it that way.

Yeah, the track record for graveman wasn’t there, but this dude will be worth every penny.

Wisler basically throws all sliders. This could get ugly if we're too free swinging.

I hope Liam gets them 1-2-3 like everyone else, but to deny that he has started the season off scuffling, is turning a blind eye.

If he doesn't hang one I foresee a very quick inning

Sox shouldn't have signed him as they shouldn't have spent so much money on the bullpen./sarcasm

Welp, time to see if Liam can sink or swim with a 1 run lead.

Graveman was the closer for the Mariners for part of the year last season and had 10 saves.

I was under the impression you couldn't be a closer and an effective set up man? Curious.

Robert & Abreu both rocking OBP's near .280 isn't ideal

Wonder if we will get tight rope Hendricks today….

To be fair though, I don’t think anyone hated the Graveman signing. I may be wrong, I just don’t remember anyone being overly vocal about it.

now Velasquez? Absolutely, tons hated it.

We've had so many warning track shots today.
