Sox can never throw strikes against Santana

Kopech's control today is just bad but he's battling. He's going to be a really good one.

  • It's hilarious that people believe TLR is the main problem with this team and things will get solved in a snap when someone new comes in.  He's on a long list of much deeper issues

Just do even basic research. He's a terrible person.

Kopech living a charmed life so far

Jesus how many warning track outs will there be this series?

Long gone in late May...almost his first career homer.

Season ticket holders are included, so it's tickets sold.

Fwiw, Tigers are out drawing the Sox by 2500 per game and we are about 1000 clear of Minnesota although they are certain to get a big bounce when the weather improves.

Attendance at this point is useless to look at.  Weather in Chicago has been just awful.  I don’t even want to go to my kids games.

Well, if the goal was to recapture the summer of 1968 pitching wise?

That said, as Benetti notes, it will start to reverse as a trend when temps return to the 60s and 70s.

Ryan rolls???

This is more than just cold weather.  Ball is dying at most parks.

About the only thing that's clear so far is that the White Sox ticket sales out of the lockout and disappointing offseason acquisitions hasn't exactly motivated the fanbase as Boyer anticipated.   It's not Detroit and Minny have better weather.

There was a report on the news last night too about the amount of batters getting hit and the baseball's having an issue.

I'm not sure Vaughn can hit a ball much harder than he did yesterday and that thing went what, 365? Ball is dead.

No one on this infield can make a chest high throw

Ump have stolen 2 KS from kopech today

Seemed he hit that higher than he did hard

I believe this is what MLB wants. They want it to be this difficult to hit HRs, and for hitters to adapt accordingly, or get left behind.

Well, yeah the humidor in every park as opposed to only Colorado is quite obviously the biggest factor in play right now.

Sure, both teams added superstars in the offseason.  Tigers also have had the Cabrera 3,000 hit chase to attract fans.

Good bring back the running game.

Why in gods name would that be good for this game? lol it just makes me laugh even thinking about it.

Keller fucking sucks. C'mon.

They want more balls in play and for the running game to come back. HRs aren't balls in play.

Fewer HRs and Ks, more balls in play and SB is the goal of MLB.

Gross

If there was one thing I didn't want to fucking see it was corpseball. This is that.

This asshole still hasn't fixed the hitter on the scoreboard

Turns out Vaughn is still pretty good. But...we need 3 more singles so he can score.
