Congrats to Dallas on a solid start, which included having to pitch over that 28 minute delay.

  • Can't vouch for that as I don't remember it but 2 wrongs don't make a right. Everyone should be disciplined for flipping off the fans.

This is a result of our offense sucking. Every game is high leverage when you only score 3 or 4 runs.

If Kuechel gets annihilated to the point of losing his spot in the rotation, I'm still counting it as the 6th win in a row.

Burr coming in and giving up a bomb would have been criticized too.

As Stone mentioned, our "good bullpen" guys are running on fumes at this point.

I actually agree. He’s not getting crushed, it’s early May and the bullpen has been used a ton with not a lot of days off. We treat these starters like they are babies, he’s at 91 pitches not 120

Exactly, but you'll never get away from the negative posts on this site no matter who the player is because their all bashed on here whenever they don't throw a no hitter or hit a HR.

6 innings, 2 runs.

You'd think he just gave up 10 runs, with some of these posts.

It's not about that, it's that Keuchel gets crushed the 3rd time through the order.

he wasn’t tho, three weak hits that were placed well

Going forward for Keuchel: five and dive

That's been the case for him for a while. He did look decent today and I wasn't opposed to him getting a look in the 6th, but they probably should have taken him out after Devers got on.

whatever happened to hitting the cutoff guy..

Crushed? they have maybe hit 2 hard hit balls all game

Now we can go back to worrying about Keuchel's 160 innings and Cueto's ticking recall option for May 15th.

This was my thought. Give him the shot but gotta have a quick leash since things can get out of control quickly when he loses it

Score some more runs assholes.

Undertaker theme song would be the GOAT entrance music

You have watched Sox outfield play the last 2-3 seasons?

It's more surprising when the right fundamental play is correctly made.

That was barely a catch

One of these days we're going to get the idea that we can score in more than one inning over the nine available.

But he didn’t get crushed. That’s the point

yea, i'm just saying that i miss that..

Where's our Victor Diaz?

Thought that was 400 feet

That's a HR in a lot of parks.

Really bad batted ball luck that inning.

That last pitch on that 2nd run scoring was way inside and was the kind of swing that normally breaks bats with better stuff.

And Devers is just one of the best hitters in the AL...their Anderson.

Fortunately, we have mostly limited the damage from JD Martinez this series.

Leury has two bullets to RF the last two days with just the sac fly to show for it yesterday.

Well, this doesn't augur well that they have to use Burr here.

Why not Foster?  8th?
