That is the core of the rebuild right there. Those 4 have to perform as expected or you have to start over.

Dudes aren’t gonna bench themselves for sloppy play.  If there is zero accountability and the entire environment is toxic, the man in charge takes at least some of the blame.  We didn’t see stupid lazy shit under RR go unaddressed.
